Online Software Upgrades

The Robot at Work support team can upgrade the robot's software online as needed. When an update is available, you will be prompted to accept it. After acceptance, the robot will restart and complete the update process. This ensures your system is always equipped with the latest features and security patches, enhancing performance and reliability.

Additional configurations can be adjusted upon request with the assistance of the Robot at Work support team. This includes modifications to the robot’s environment settings, workspace, and home positions. Use the available processes in the utilities menu for such changes.
